New Patient


So you are a new patient- Congratulations!!
Thank you for choosing Dr. Kathryn Stevens.

Dr. Stevens is a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist.

For your first visit to our office, please remember to bring your insurance card and any medical records you feel we may need. Also please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so that you can fill out necessary registration forms. To prevent interference with our ultrasound machine and other equipment, please do not bring food or drinks into the office.

After visiting with the doctor, patients frequently will have the opportunity for a free visit with a staff Health Educational Professional to discuss questions regarding physical findings and procedures.

Surgery Information


Dr. Stevens is a Board Certified Gynecological Surgeon. As such, she can perform a variety of surgeries, some of which include:

Gynecologic Surgery, including Laparoscopy,
Hysterectomy,
Hysteroscopy, and
Correction of Urinary Incontinence

Cesarean Sections and
Tubal Ligations

ULTRASOUND


Dr. Stevens personally performs the ultrasound exams for both obstetrical and gynecological patients.

In addition to being Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Dr. Stevens is credentialed as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in the Specialty of Obstetrics & Gynecology, as certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
